East Chambers Junior High and the Region 5 Education Center will team up to host a Social Media and Mental Health course for parents, staff, and teachers. This session will help identify websites and devices that students are using, potential harms, positive and negative implications, and how to understand the culture of technology.
The event will be hosted on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 5:30 PM in the Innovative Studies building, located between the junior high and high school buildings. There is no cost to attend and ECJH encourages any person that works with youth to attend.
