Dear East Chambers ISD Families:
ECISD is providing notice that it will discontinue its remote learning platform at the end of the semester and will no longer be providing remote learning as of January 5, 2021.
Please be prepared to make a decision that best suits your family. Your options include:
1. Return to school for face-to-face instruction.
2. Enroll your student in another school that accepts transfers and is still offering remote instruction or some other private option such as home or private schooling.
East Chambers will continue to follow its COVID-19 safety protocols that it has had in effect since the beginning of the year. Additionally, ECISD offers free rapid COVID-19 testing for any student as requested by parent(s) free of charge at regular intervals as requested.
Already more than 90% of students have returned to face-to-face instruction at the primary, elementary, and junior high schools and about 80% of students have returned at the high school. Staff and Campus Advisory Teams at each campus have recommended a return to face-to-face instruction at the semester break and are eager to welcome back the remaining remote learners and to assist in any way they can to ensure a smooth transition.

East Chambers continuará siguiendo sus protocolos de seguridad COVID-19 que ha tenido en vigor desde principios de año. Además, ECISD ofrece pruebas COVID-19 rápidas y gratuitas para cualquier estudiante, según lo soliciten los padres, sin cargo a intervalos regulares según la solicite.
